Booking Policy
We recommend booking your appointments at least 24-48 hours in advance. For same-day appointments, please call us directly to check availability. A credit card is required to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
First Visit
For your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete a brief health questionnaire. This helps our therapists tailor your treatment to your specific needs and ensure your safety.
